Are you ready to have great skin?

At Auckland Skin Clinic we help you to have great skin using natural medicines so that you can confidently wear whatever you want. We teach you how to identify your triggers and restore balance in your body, so that you can be healthy, happy, confident and in control. We prescribe natural topical and oral medications that do no harm, but are clinically proven to work for even the most stubborn skin conditions.

Who do we treat?

We treat adults, infants and children with psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, acne, rosacea, miliaria, ichthyosis, fungal skin and nail conditions, and many other chronic skin conditions. We use products from Dr Michael’s Scleroderma range, which have been formulated through 30+ years of research, and clinically trialed in Europe. Dr Michael’s products have proven to be up to 90% successful at treating psoriasis and other skin conditions in several clinical trials.

What to expect

Consults typically take 60 minutes for an Initial (First) Consult and 30 minutes for an Review Consultation. Photos need to be sent in prior to Zoom (distance) Consults. During the Initial Consultation your Practitioner will discuss the course and frequency of treatment expected for you specifically.

While some conditions clear up very quickly, some chronic long-term conditions including genetic and auto-immune diseases like Chronic Plaque Psoriasis can take 3 to 6 months to get results. Some conditions will need some maintenance support for a few more months but consultations will be less frequent (every two to three months).

The cost of oral and topical natural medicines will be more in the Initial Phase of treatment than in the Maintenance Phase. We don’t want to create long-term dependency on medicinal products. Our aim is to teach you how to manage your own skin condition by knowing and managing your triggers.

You don’t need a referral from a specialist to book an appointment at Auckland Skin Clinic. Medical Insurance doesn’t cover consults with Naturopaths or Medical Herbalists in New Zealand, unless you have the Southern Cross Health Insurance Policy that covers Alternative Medicine Providers.
